We are looking for a Lead .Net L3 Production Support (US Healthcare + Automation) with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation. Key Responsibilities Lead L3 production support for Facets / Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET . Develop Python-based or any kind of automation (RPA) for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.
